About Paulie’s Pops & Paulie’s Curbside Creamery

Two trucks. Two unique experiences. One mission: bringing smiles and frozen treats to the neighborhood.

I’m the owner and operator of Paulie’s Pops and Paulie’s Curbside Creamery, two independent ice cream truck businesses serving local communities in Massachusetts. From classic ice cream truck favorites to scooped ice cream and specialty sundaes, each truck brings its own personality, menu, and signature music to the neighborhoods it serves.

Whether you hear a familiar tune coming down the street or are looking for an ice cream truck for your next event, I’m here to make your day a little sweeter.

Paulie’s Pops: A Classic Neighborhood Ice Cream Truck

Launched in 2022, Paulie’s Pops brings the nostalgic neighborhood ice cream truck experience to Reading, Massachusetts, and the surrounding area.

There’s something timeless about hearing an ice cream truck’s music on a warm day and knowing a favorite frozen treat might be just around the corner. That familiar excitement is a big part of what makes the experience special, and it’s something I’m proud to bring to local neighborhoods.

The truck has an interesting history of its own. Before its days serving frozen treats, it was a meat and produce delivery truck. Today, it has a new purpose: bringing smiles, summertime nostalgia, and sweet treats to the community.

The Paulie’s Pops menu features novelty ice cream, homemade slush, and Italian ice, with options for a quick treat when the truck comes through your neighborhood.

And every classic ice cream truck needs a signature song! Paulie’s Pops plays “The Entertainer” by Scott Joplin, a recognizable tune that helps announce its arrival.

Paulie’s Curbside Creamery: The Creamery Comes to You

In 2026, I expanded with Paulie’s Curbside Creamery, bringing a mobile creamery experience to Peabody, Massachusetts.

The name says it all: I wanted to bring the creamery experience right to your curb.

Before becoming a mobile creamery, this truck was a plumber’s van. I bought it and gave it a whole new purpose, transforming it into a place to find scooped ice cream, scooped Italian ice, specialty sundaes, homemade slush, hot dogs, and novelty treats.

While Paulie’s Pops celebrates the classic neighborhood ice cream truck tradition, Paulie’s Curbside Creamery offers a different experience, combining the convenience of a mobile truck with the variety of a neighborhood creamery.

Its signature song is “Music Box Dancer” by Frank Mills, giving Curbside Creamery its own distinctive sound.

Two Trucks, Two Menus, One Owner

Although Paulie’s Pops and Paulie’s Curbside Creamery share an owner, each business has its own identity and menu.

  • Paulie’s Pops — Reading, MA: Novelty ice cream, homemade slush, and Italian ice.

  • Paulie’s Curbside Creamery — Peabody, MA: Scooped ice cream, scooped Italian ice, specialty sundaes, homemade slush, hot dogs, and novelty treats.

I operate both businesses personally, and I’m proud to bring these different experiences to the communities they serve.

Bringing Frozen Treats to Your Next Event

Keeping the Neighborhood Ice Cream Truck Tradition Alive

For me, these businesses are about more than what’s on the menu. They’re about the familiar music, the excitement of seeing the truck arrive, and the simple joy of enjoying a frozen treat on a warm day.

Thank you for supporting my small businesses and helping keep the neighborhood ice cream truck tradition alive!
